And they have @ Miami and @ Syracuse these next two weeks.
If they slip to 5-5, Mike Norvell won’t survive.
Something to keep an eye on for the crowd banking on Deion coming here.

He really sucks. But in his defense, FSU has AAC type facilities and support. They aren't hiring any legit coach.

That would be a perfect scenario for Deion. He's been a master of getting corporate support for facilities.
It would suck for the rest of us to see Fla. St. getting top 3 recruiting classes every year.

If the FSU job is open he won’t be coming to Auburn.

F$U @ Miami - its hard for some of you youngsters to imagine how big that rivalry was 30 years ago.
Now its pretty much an afterthought.

Used to be HUGE! Remember when they would put this game on the Monday night of the first weekend of the college football season? Prime time showcase…

FSU is a destination job for Deion imo

Auburn fan insecurity is ripe this morning I see.

Especially when they don't see how FSU doesn't pay. They are having issues internally.

FSU already turned him down once before. You think Prime has forgotten that?

Auburn fans can find the damn gloom, worst case scenario in any damn situation. Sad.
We only need positive thoughts and vibes on Prime right now.

Bobby Bowden made that program what it is. They don’t have the facilities or the support you would think a 3X national championship program would have. It’s not a foregone conclusion that Deion would go there or that FSU would be able to match other schools offers. It’s a big school with a huge alumni which seems very odd, but it’s just never had the fan support that Auburn Bama Ga LSU have

Are y'all saying Deion couldn't replicate at FSU what he's done at Jackson St?
Posted on 11/3/22 at 10:32 am to aubiecat
I’m saying he’s going to have some of the same issues with the FSU administration that Jimbo Fisher had. And FSU & Deion aren’t 2 kindred spirits with one another right now

How many "wide-rights" did Bowden experience? Had to be 3 or 4 of them.

Jimbo won a NC at FSU and they still wouldn’t spend $. That’s the point I’m making

Not sure Auburn fans are that familiar with the AD at FSU

My dad and I watched that game every year. You never saw 2 teams with that much talent on the field at the same time.

The Deion/FSU thing is so overblown. Go look at what their fans say, they don't even think he really cares that much about that job nor is he some huge FSU-lifer. They also wouldn't fire a losing coach in Norvell to hire him this past offseason, and don't think he hasn't forgotten that.
A lot of people talk as if he'd walk through broken glass to go coach at FSU because he's an alumni, when it seems like nobody who is actually close to that situation believes that at all.
