Yea… the national media and everyone outside of the gumps has it all wrong. It’s the gumps who have it all correct.

Hilarious.

No charges from authorities.

No discipline form the NCAA, SEC or Bama.

Seems like a non-issue really. I will say that IF he hit her (and I've seen nothing that shows 100% her getting hit) he should be charged with a crime.

BRPD prosecuting attorney would JUMP on this if there were any kind of case. They're not. #Nothingburger

If you think that is what happened then you are dumb.

And also I think it's fricked up to those who have actually had those things happen to them to pretend that's what happened here, just so you can let out your jealous hate towards Alabama/Saban.

Because if you were someone who had any real experience with actual domestic violence, I seriously doubt you were try to cheapen it by categorizing this in the same way.

Leave him alone. Seriously. I am not here to be the speech monitor. Far from it.

Just a bit of advice. You'll never change a dude like 3down10. His own daughter getting slapped might. Emphasis on might. Other than that ? He. Does. Not. Care.

And that's part on us, for trying to talk to him about it. And I'm just as guilty as anyone.

Because you don't want to accept that some people are just that crazy about something as simple as Football, where the players would rather slap him than be his friend. But that's not how it works.

And I'm just as guilty as anyone about it, sometimes. The ignoring how nuts these people are part.

I don't know anything about the national media because I don't watch them.

I am however able to see the video for myself. So are the police.

If he did hit her, then he should be charged with a crime.

If you actually believe he hit her, and you actually gave a frick about her, then you should be upset with the Knoxville police.

The fact you and other people are only upset with Alabama/Saban only highlights you're a bunch of pieces of shite who will distort any thing that happens as a means to release your jealous hate.

And as far as that goes, hate on you simple bitch.

Are you saying he didn't hit a woman?

Yes.

The police are also saying that by not pressing charges.
The original video posted on Tiktok was captioned by the woman: "Jermaine Burton smacking me in the head while walking past him after their loss Saturday"

The fan claims she was "smacked" by him. The video seems to corroborate that claim. Saban, when asked, didn't say he didn't do it, but that he was scared.

You're saying that the lack of police charges prove that he didn't actually hit her, but that is a terrible standard for determining truth. There are several reasons why charges aren't pressed in other contexts, ranging from corruption to simply a lack of desire to press them on behalf of the victim.

Don't deny the truth.

Then your complaint is with the police department.

In terms of legal repercussions, potentially (it depends on the reason for the lack of charges).

Whether Burton is punished legally or not is not really my concern, though. If the victim doesn't want to press charges, then so be it. My concern is more that it seems quite a few people see no problem with him striking the woman and are justifying that behavior. I think it shows a terrible lack of character and moral fortitude for him to do what it appears he did.

Trust me ... if it was a Tenner player hitting a Bammer girl ... you know, before she swole up ten years later ... then Script A would be all over this website demanding justice.

Including 3Down10. Including, well, all of them.

What kind of shitty person hides behind “the cops didn’t charge him”. At best it’s a class A misdemeanor (up to 1 year and 2,500 fine) that he would have to be extradited to face, and it’s a 1st offense (assuming but he did play at UGA, I should verify that) so he pleads nolo and it would cost the state of Tennessee more than it’s worth, especially if the girl just wants an apology out of it.

No this was an issue the university of Alabama needed to handle on their end and they failed miserably. The AD , Satban, Burton, and their fanbase come out of this looking like knuckle dragging Neanderthal bitches.

Instead of a message from Burton apologizing and a statement from the AD condemning the act the doubled down with their bullshite. The smug arrogance of “she shouldn’t be on the field (well after the game was over), dismissing the video evidence and calls for them to be civil adults about it they just stick their heads up each other’s heads and validate that Bama fans, players, and coaches are subhuman bitches.

Yawn - the only reason this is a thing is because people hate Bama - good - hate us - and watch your racist women - we will knock the shite out of them when they say the n word.

The arrogance I mentioned, this, this is it.

Most folks react negatively to a guy striking a female, most folks expect an obvious issue like this to atleast be handled by the program, including ownership of the event and distancing the program from the actions. Bama arrogance kept them from being reasonable and just dealing with this. I hope it’s a case of Saban being more worried about sending film to the SEC offices and not running the team.

I guess bama is synonymous with woman beater. Who knew?

Anything to back this up? You know, like a video?

I think it’s terrible behavior regardless of who did it. I’d say the exact same thing if it were a TN player or a UGA player. I was critical of Pickens’ bad behavior as a freshman and I’ve been critical of other UGA players for doing stupid, indecent, and immoral things in the past.

This isn’t anti-Bama hate, at least not for me. It’s a matter of human decency.

Where did you hear that the woman said that word to him?

And even if she did say that (that would also be terrible and indecent), that doesn’t deserve violence in return.

I give ya’ll credit for trying to get out in front of the news. It is important in crafting the narrative. Regardless, of your efforts though, Alabama is going to smack some bitches in the mouth in Death Valley in two weeks. We aren’t sure when it will happen, as kickoff is TBD.

Why can the Knoxville Police Department not see it? Do they not have smartphones? Do they not have internet? Just seems strange.
