I might retire in downtown Oxford, MS

Looked at property there. Very nice.
Would be able to still hear the game from a quarter mile away if I didn't have tickets.
Harry rex walking through the Grove tailgates tickets or no tickets - just walking from the house/townhouse
Harry rex just strolling into a frat house uninvited no care - they gonna call the cops on me? I yell racism if they do
International airport up the road. Gulf coast down the road. Far enough away from storm surge
Get me a little job sweeping up trash at the Tad Pad for some walking around money

As long as you stay inside those 4-5 city blocks, should be OK.
I mean, Oxford is no Pine Bluff or Arkadelphia, but you could probably live there.

Harry Rex Vonner is already a resident of Clanton (err Oxford), MS.
So it would impossible for him to retire there when he already lives there.

It's a nice area to be retired in. You can get a townhome for pretty cheap too.
