The AP and Coaches Poll rankings are dumb

LSU is 4-1 and Miss State is 4-1. The tigers beat them yet are ranked behind them in both polls. Makes absolutely no sense. K-State is 4-1 with a loss to fricking Tulane and they are ranked in front of both of them. That's fricking dumb. Arkansas isn't ranked but they beat Cincinnati who is ranked. I mean hell Texass had a vote in the pre-season to be the number 1 team in the country and now they aren't even ranked.

You can list 25 teams at random and it means as much as these polls, which is nothing. All about the committee now. Early season rankings are just to give us something to talk about early in the season.

Why the frick is every LSU fan so mad about us at 23 and them at 25? Congrat-frickin-lations on being ranked at the bottom end of the top 25. It means nothing.

Actually it was the 4th quarter where we imploded, or 45 seconds to go in the 3rd quarter when we muffed a punt and you took over on like our 10 yard line and got the go ahead score.

Take teams 4-25, jumble them around a hat, draw at random, and you’d have a pretty good approximation right now.

No. Look at the stats. LSU defense pushed State’s line around all night. They had one of the most seasoned quarterbacks in the country rattled. The offense took a while to get things moving but it was inevitable. State didn’t lose on a fluke or a giveaway. They took it. Just like they took Auburn last night. They are a good team and getting better every week.
