I watched in person a few years back whom I’ve been told is the best SEC team of all time. And they have to escape Austin with the win. Am I supposed to be impressed?

Texas has been terrible for the last 12 years, so you can't tell other fanbases what to do. Florida, Auburn, and LSU all have national titles since the last time Texas won one.
