People drop hateful language on other people all the time. I don't know what makes one type of hate off limits and not other types of hate.
What speech is off limits anyway? Does anyone have a list? Are there any laws against so called hate speech?

Racial slurs should be kept off, regardless of race, it’s not hard, I’m not telling him he can’t say fig or call someone retarded

You can’t say anything you want at your place of employment.
That said, I would like to believe there’s missing context here. If he was really hot headed and wasn’t thinking while reading, I am not sure it’s enough to lose his livelihood. Context is king.

Its a freaking word , my goodness if it was so bad why does every black person call each other that every other word. Oh because they don't put a r on it. The coach is real stupid for quitting. He read what was on his players phone. White people has to stop being so stupid and weak on stuff like this. Black people say ni**a , hunky, I hear them use words describing Asians and others, but white people think they are hog tied, and can't say $hit. Stupidest thing I've ever saw.
