Louisiana, Alabama and Georgia players

It seems these states produce great talent, but what sets them apart from the northern talent or even texas talent. Is it the systems they play in or a tougher mindset?
I see all these texas teams loading up on five stars but can’t dominate like the schools from these states.
Not a knock on texas because we’ve gotten very good players from there but the players from these three areas are on a different level.
LSU has taken a step back but at their worst they are still a very tough program.
Just wondering what everyone’s thoughts are on this and I apologize if I’ve interrupted the realignment talk.

I think so much 7on7 in Texas, they don't develop offensive and defensive linemen as well

So two seasons, a fired coach, and it’s a step back…
So Arky, UTk, UTa, and everyone else must be in Egyptian times?

Development. Picking the "right" blue chippers. Team culture. Practicing ones vs ones. There's a lot more to it than bringing in a bunch of high starred recruits and then thinking you're done. Talent is important but it's only the beginning. Looking forward to seeing what TAM does this year with all those stars.

I don't think he's talking about why Texas or Texas A&M isn't as successful as UA, LSU, or UGA. I think he's suggesting the elite high school players in Alabama, Lousisiana, and Georgia are more prepared than those from Texas

Miami/Fort Lauderdale is the best concentration of HS talent in the country and whoever is in 2nd place is far behind.

Texas HS teams adopted a softer brand of football.

THIS. 7on7 is the biggest crock of shite in football and is the equivalent of travel youth baseball.

This is what I was asking. I wasn’t trolling, I just wondered why these kids from these states seemed more capable of of doing well on this level.
This was not an attack on anyone, just wanted to know from those who are more in the know than me thought or knew.
I hope we can pull more kids from these states, they seem tougher. We have plenty of kids in Arkansas who could make an impact mentally but they are too small or not fast enough. If we could grow them big and fast our program would be better, the want to is there. I guess that’s why we turn out coaches instead of players.
Thanks for the input.

Do we really need to point out the obvious?

Odd melt. Why does the state of Texas producing elite talent trigger you so much?

Louisiana produces a ton of skill position players. QBs and linemen, not so much. This year is an exception at QB.

I have heard talk that Texas players are thought to be on the soft side. I have no idea if that is true, or not. I do agree with what you are saying overall.
