I beg to differ. UGA beat that very same Stanford team to win it all in Omaha back in I think, 1991. It was the first time in a very long time, if ever, that an SEC team won the CWS. Of course, because it wasn't football or women's sports, the money guys at UGA didn't give a damn, and Dawgs baseball went straight downhill from there. Typical. Anyway, it did get the SEC as a whole off and rolling in Omaha.

What’s the record for back to back games against one team?

LSU beat Arkansas 9-1, 14-5 in back to back games in 2009.

Fantastic. Rooting for the Hogs to take it all.

And that's just the Jello Shooters. The baseball game was wild too!

Great win but it may have been good to save some of those runs.

Last years SR did not end too well after the twenty-one spot.

Hope it does not come back to bite them this year.

Imagine a record like that... great job R-Kansas. Now, how about doing more with your 33yrs in the NCAA tournament and only having two Runner-up banners to show for it.
