Alabama should have a pretty good room, sure. So should Georgia and Kentucky. A&M and Ole Miss will be good with Achane and Evans. Auburn has other issues but running back isnt one of them with Bigsby and Hunter.

Lots of deep rooms!

Achane alone puts TAMU at Tier 2. If the others pull their weight, we'll be Tier 1.

Tier 1
Alabama - Gibbs/Mcclellan/Sanders
Auburn - Bigsby/Hunter
Georgia - McIntosh/Milton

Tier 2
A&M - Achane/tbd
Ole Miss - Evans/tbd
Kentucky - Rodriguez/Smoke

Tier 3
Arkansas - Sanders/Johnson
Tennessee - Small/Wright
LSU - Emery/Bradford/Goodwin

Florida has some interesting possibilities with Bowman and Lingard. They were both highly recrutied. Emery might breakout for LSU this year. Arkansas' best running back might be their qb so their listing is a bit deceiving!

Arkansas will get more production out of Sanders/Johnson/Green than everyone but Bama and Georgia.

Yep we shall see if the talent comes to fruition. In my opinion it is rare to see someone who has already played 2 seasons with nothing to show ever pan out to be anything special, but every now and then you have a late bloomer.

Arkansas led the P5 in rushing last year, there’s no reason to think they can’t do it again.

Forgetting Cain here as well who transferred in

After watching the spring game, I definitely would have confidence in putting our backs as a whole in tier 2 for now, that's without Cain. Goodwin looked really good and Braford had some nice flashes as well. Emery is just poised to do something at this point, especially after missing a year. I get the feeling we'll see a running game move in the right direction next season under Kelly and Co. Dont thin kit will be in tier 1 probably, but I see it being mid-pack in the conference as a whole between those 4 guys.

The biggest hold up potentially is the OL and how that goes. It's a very talented backfield though.

They were only six in the SEC in average per rush but they were good! Jefferson very good!

Their leading back is their QB who isnt a RB! I mentioned that a couple of times! And they lost their co rb1 in Smith! Still very good! Arkansas was only number 5 in the SEC in yards per game and number 8 in the SEC in yards per rush in SEC play.

Florida has
Wright 4*
Bowman 5*
Lingard 5*
Etienne 4*
Johnson 3* transfer from UL, Sunbelt freshman of the year.
Though lacking experience except for Wright, could be a good RB room. This will depend on O Line improvement.

I don't know if we'll have the best RB room in the SEC, but I'm confident that ours will be one of the better ones in 2022:

Trey Sanders
Jahmyr Gibbs
Jase McClellan
Roydell Williams

How good they actually become will be dependent upon whether or not the talent we have on the offensive line gels. That didn't happen last season despite the occasional flash of brilliance.
