I will also announce on Tuesday that I don’t give a frick about college basketball anymore.

What a fricking joke.

When Mizzou joined the SEC, Gary Pinkel said we need to do it "the right way" and be ready to up our game/go all-in. The last decade it appears we've done the polar opposite.

I'm coming around to the idea of relegating ourselves to a mid-major conference if we aren't going to prioritize winning.

Can you all move conferences so we can let in someone more deserving?

I think it’s mutual at this point.

I am currently out of hard alcohol (forgot to run to the store) or I'd offer you booze.

Maybe he works out great there. I can't see the future... if I could I'd have won the lotto a few times. But Gates resume at Cleveland State is just, well, pretty good. Not great. Not orgasmically wonderful. Pretty good.

I am not getting the next great head coach in college basketball vibes from his tenure so far. What he might be able to do is at least stop the downward trajectory. Maybe he can set the table for someone else to come along and elevate Missouri.

at least the state will get a new D1 school. Unlike Mizzou they actually care about sports.
