Auburn just going full retard now.
You're assuming the policy was directed at Harsin.

You can't implement a policy and expect people on vacation to be aware of it.
This makes no sense unless you assume that Auburn is trying to use said policy against Harsin while he was on vacation.
You assume a lot.

Yep, the policy was just put up on Auburn's website. It says all employees must cooperate in internal investigations. Employees must answer all questions and produce all documents asked of them. Failure to do so can result in termination.
It appears AU is trying to use Harsin's silence as a tool to fire him for "not cooperating." The problem is you can't write a policy and put it into effect retroactively. It doesn't work that way and Harsin's attorneys will eat them alive if this is their strat.
However, that may not be their goal. It could be that this new policy will force previously silent people to now talk (or be fired). This seems more likely. If that's the case, Harsin/staff/others will have to talk now. I wonder what exactly it is they are wanting to know so badly?

They won’t terminate him for 30 days and can’t per the policy. That being said, he might be put on administrative leave for the 30 days and pay him another 30 days

Tennessee didn’t make anything up. Pruitt was in violation of his contract which in turned got fired for cause. As you seen Pruitt lawyer even tried to threaten/blackmail Tennessee into giving Pruitt his money or a settlement. Tennessee told his lawyer to kick rocks they was standing by there decision and he could do whatever he thought was necessary. Well as we see Pruitt lawyer didn’t come through with his threats. Even if Pruitt didn’t pay players directly, his contract stated that if ANY coach or staff member committed any level 1 or 2 violations with or wihtout his knowledge he could be terminated with cause. Well guess what folks, he signed in the dotted line and agreed to it.

The bigger question is, how does Wade still have a Job. Better yet, how is Wade not in prison with Pearson?
