Leath/Pearl ok but other than that:
Bruce extension was just a formality, FOF facility was already in the planning stages, BOF is basically just an Arena expansion (nothing else) and he was the reason why it took so long, other sports: he keeps hiring and firing swim coaches… should have scheduled an Auburn/Notre Dame series

Look if you guys haven’t figured it out yet. We have a bunch of people on here carrying the water for our Wizards of Oz. You see Greene doesn’t need to be the AD. He needs to bow and kiss the ring. Since he likely isn’t a paper putz to do that, then we shall call him worthless. Our boosters will run Bruce off at some point mark it down. And we they do, same people on this board will find reason to trash Bruce or just make some shite up about him. In fact, they have created such a toxic environment the Bruce is probably like - F these clowns. TBh, if AG does get railroaded like Harsin, then how about we hire Bruce as AD and let him coach basketball. Now that would be good. Again. They would run him off as their money is power and control nothing else.

None of you know if any of that is true. If AG put himself between Leath and Pearl, what he has or hasn't done, if he's been frozen out of decision making. Your list of supposed accomplishments makes Greene out to be one of the best AD's in the country.
Why is it then that he's interviewed for like ~5 other AD jobs now and hasn't landed a single one of them? Better yet, why is he interviewing for jobs in the first place (let me guess, to get away from the Auburn BOT
). I was on your same side, dummies. You can check my posts; I was on here celebrating Greene "winning" over the evil PTB and hiring Harsin. I was wrong. Greene has been non-existent and Harsin was a very bad hire. Alan clearly did very little work vetting him and just saw his record, because the stuff at Auburn is a continuation of everything Boise people were saying about him. I can't believe I'm saying this, but Steele would have probably had us in a better position right now (he would have hired a better staff which with his continuation would have won more than 6 games, and he would have recruiting doing way better).
Auburn is essentially weary of the blowback of firing a young, seemingly competent black AD. They're waiting for him to either land a job elsewhere, or for his contract to expire. The fact that some of you are seriously sitting in front of a keyboard and claiming that a lame-duck AD who's been out of the loop for like 6+ months now was allowed to negotiate the Pearl extension (one of the most important contract negotiations at Auburn in a long time) is comical.

This is correct. I had thought I remembered Greene being hired shortly before the Gus Extension, but he was hired SHortly after. Like 2 months after.
Regardless. Everything after Gus happening is what is actually known to have happened.
Nothing else speculated on this board can even be proven true by any of us here.

ETA It's really difficult spotting the fans who really don't pay attention to what is going on at Auburn........yet want to chime in like they know what's what.
