Who do you think is closer to competing in final fours and potentially winning a NC? Auburn or Louisville?
That’s why a school that isn’t would want a coach for a school that is.

What does Louisville provide to Bruce that Auburn doesn’t? Adidas recruiting money maybe?
Not sure. On the other hand, cards has been antagonistic to my amazing KU as much as Auburn fans. I will let you fight.

Didn't this happen at LSU?
No. Orgeron messed up the football program, but it will be back on track soon. Pretty much every other sport is nationally ranked.

He’s not going to leave for Maryland. UL/IU prestige would be the minimum. Maybe Iowa being an exception due to the Tom Davis sentiment.

Top 15 team in basketball, top 10 in baseball.

Man, best year ever and having to face the distraction of your coach possibly leaving.

Time to start Chris Mack to Missouri rumors.

Missouri has a great coach.

They sold their soul to the devil for a few great years across the board in multiple sports. Just google Louisville scandals and you’d be surprised to hear some of the things that even went on with their smaller sports. Karma has caught up to them.

They are still getting highly ranked baseball signees to show up…

Maryland has some of the most delusional fans I’ve ever seen. Yeah there’s talent in the area but Maryland isn’t nearly as prestigious/attractive a job as they make it out to be

I’m hearing Mike White is the most likely candidate to take the job.
1B. Tom Crean
That's what I'm hearing.

In all seriousness I’m curious to see if they make a play at Kenny Payne.

Wishful thinking on Louisville’s part. It is no longer a premier basketball program and South Alabama is a lot closer to the beach.

Interesting list here from a Louisville reporter… LINK

Louisville is an absolute shite show on all fronts right now and not just athletics. No decent coach is going to touch that program right now. I’m sure those dumbasses will say Brad Stevens is begging for the job
You know nothing regarding Louisville basketball. Pearl wants the job.

Actually BP loves the “smaller” arena because it creates a heated environment…
Auburn Athletics confirmed to our beat writers today that they are working on a new state-of-the-art Basketball only Performance facility. Bruce asked for this and this is priority #1 now (the new $100M Football performance center will be finished soon, so we can start working on this now).
Loserville will have to settle for someone else…
