Ohio State’s defense is complete arse. They wouldn’t beat Alabama or Georgia.
100% this.
Plus, Georgia's D-line would have a field day w/OSU's O-Line. Jordan Davis would eat.

If they played Bama or Uga in the semis...
Bama 48
Osu 28
Uga 41
Osu 24
Bama would run for 250 and pass for 350. Uga would run for 300 and pass for 250. Both teams would make them bend the knee.

You actually think that Bama and Uga would hold that OSU offense to 28 and 24, in the controlled environment of a dome?
Drink less, think more

Woulda shoulda coulda, but the fact is that Ohio State lost 2 games and was tied with Utah in the last minute

Yes. Yes, I do. Both defensive fronts would give their OL fits. They would severely limit Henderson and pressure Stroud (where he struggles). Both would make a lot of negative plays and create at least one turnover.

Ohio State with all of their starters, playing in Indianapolis with the crowd 95 percent Buckeyes, would drop 50 and win going away.
The SEC hasn't seen an offense like Ohio State since 2019 LSU.

he didnt start til after they were 1-2 to start the season . i know u dont know . lets cut through the cheese here ...Utah is a darn god team and Ohio St beat them with freshman and 3 rd and 4th teamers playing everywhere . O$U may be pre season #1 next yr

They barely beat a Utah team that was playing their RB at corner

Funny how OSU calls a few flurries a blizzard. The snow and weather conditions had absolutely no impact on the game

How many arse whippings is it gonna take y'all before you realize that no Big-10 teams can stay on the field with the top SEC teams anymore?

i cant speak for rest of Big Ten ,all i can speak for is O$U . Yes ,they lost to Meatchicken for the first time in 9 yrs but we will skullfrick then again next year and be back in CFP per usual ...O$U can play with any SEC school and you know it ...see 2014 beatdown of BAMA ...never lost to Tex AM like 5-0 against them ,have beaten LSU before have beaten UK ,Vandy etc... we ve only played Georgia once ,Tenn once Florida twice etc etc ... BAMA and OSU have home and home scheduled in in a few years so we ll see what happens when non Saban BAMA comes up to the SHoe in front of 105,000 maniacs and spitters who will fight BAMA fans all over campus

Your best indication of what would happen is to look at what UGA did to the same Michigan team that beat OSU.
Posted on 1/4/22 at 11:07 am to armtackledawg
do you understand that Meatchicken blew thier peverbiable load vs O$U??? It would be like if Auburn beat BAMA , then played Georgia next , they would get stomped out bc they would have scaled their biggest hill and then have a mountain thrown in front of them with hillbillies and hills have eyes people shootin slingshots and cannibalism ..c mon man
in fact thats exactly what happned in 2017 member ??? then they took it further and lost to eventual national champion UCF

Both teams played in the same conditions and Michigan won. So tell me again how OSU wins if it wasn’t snowing?
I am not one who likes the reasons/excuses given, but there have been a ton of people who said that OSU had the flu ravage the team the week of that game. All said, Michigan went out there and implemented their game plan much more successfully than OSU did.
Everyone agrees OSU would probably have given Bama and/or UGA a better game. OSU didn't do what they had to for the opportunity. Do it again in 2022

When you beatdown Alabama in'14, it was by 7 points! (by the way, Alabama is 4-1 all-time against tOSU)
I'll close by saying that the last time y'all played Alabama (in the'21 Nat'l Championship), The Tide had scored 52 points on y'all's asses ....IN THE 3RD QUARTER, then called the dogs off!
Also, our place holds 102,000+, so crowds ain't shite to us!...and if you bastards spit, you'd damn sure better be ready to fight!

Yes. Both teams have a defense significantly better than Oregon.
Sorry that OSU running through a mediocre B1G has somehow made you think they were playoff worthy.

yes we spit throw urine baloons while verbally assaulting opposing fans ..O$U fans are complete dirty animals . FACTS

They lost two games.
Does that preclude a team from winning a national championship? Funny I've been told otherwise all these years on your site.
In all seriousness OSU didn't deserve to be in the playoff but they are the only team besides Alabama that could have competed with Georgia.

Alabama scored 52 on the same Ohio Stat team last year. Plus you had all of those talented offensive skill players with a first round QB and scored 24 points. Get the eff out with this garbage.
