You obviously don't have a clue as to how stupid your "argument" is. Do you even acknowledge the total destruction of your team by Alabama last year?

In all fairness Ohio State had a bunch of guys out for the title game due to covid protocol.

Last year was an asterisk year, everyone but bama undertands that.

There were no OOC games played, numerous cancellations etc.

It was basically just an exhibition season.

No. He wants to ignore last year's bona fide beatdown and talk instead about a game 8 years ago.

Ohio State never “beatdown” Alabama unless you call 7 points a beatdown.
Now, 52-24… 42-17 at halftime…that’s a beatdown!

Ohio Sate had a bunch of guys out.

In all fairness, don’t lie. They had two guys out at the most.

Let's be honest, the only reason OSU lost to Michigan is that their high flying air attack was playing in a blizzard.

You don't understand that playing in those conditions impacts the team with the deep passing attack more than the team that is built on running the ball?

WTF are you talking about?

Stroud averages 370 yds/game. Against Michigan, he threw for 394 & no INTs. It wasn’t the passing game.

It was the Buckeye run defense, which gave up 297 yards (7.2 yards per rush). Haskins had 5 rushing TDs. Add in some really inopportune penalties (they had 10 total) & these 2 reasons outweigh the ridiculously stupid idea that the weather impacted tOSU’s passing game.

So you aren’t familiar with OK state football. You do realize Knowles is the same guy that coached OK States below average defenses for the past couple of seasons too right? He piggy backed a season of having a bunch of seniors and super seniors along with some brutal BIg 12 offenses into a huge promotion and a pay raise. Good for him, played his cards right but take a look at the 2018-2020 ok state defensive before you get huge expectations

Alabama played, and BEAT eleven SEC teams last year, PLUS Notre Dame and your clown club (by 28 points!).
My one question for you is, do you really not realize how stupid this entire exchange makes you look, or do you just not care? I'm sincerely interested in your answer.

Imagine what the Ohio State passing attack would have done to Michigan in perfect weather.

This is embarrassing. At least it’s 2022 already. Maybe THIS is your year. Or you can rinse and repeat the same excuses

One thing this thread has done. Is make the Willy T's of the LSU fanbase and tOSU fans seem like kissing cousins. Mirror images and delusional.

Sure they would if they were playing Utah in Indy. Otherwise, if you think Michigan and Oregon are a handful for the buckeyes they haven't seen anything.

Well, at least since that last beatdown by BAMA last season.

Ohio State is the team the B1G had to change the rules of the conference for just so they could make the playoffs last year.
