I'm going to be big mad if a coach less ND makes the playoff regardless of what happens to us. You lost to a G5 school and your coach left goodbye see you next year.

Marcus Freeman is the coach.

Who else do you put in? Hard to argue Bama if they lose today.

So 2-loss Baylor?

I wouldn't mind another win over ND. They can be the 4 seed and will play Bama again after Bama beats Georgia.

It's pretty ulikely. ND needs Okie St plus 2 more of Bama, Cincy and Michigan to lose today.

Not saying it should happen, but if we lose today it will be to the #1 team in the nation. We’ve been ranked consistently in the top 4 all season. Suddenly a really good loss disqualifies us while other teams sit at home?

Also hard to wrap my head around the fact that we are either #1 with a win or out of it altogether with a loss.

ND would not have a single win over a ranked team. It's laughable they would be considered, but they would be due to off the field circumstances. I'm sure the 2 legitimate playoff teams would LOVE to see Cincinnati and ND in the CFP. If Georgia wins today, they'll feast on the weakest CFP field to date.

So all Bama had to do to make the playoff was refuse to play like ND has ? That seems bunk.

ND has no wins against ranked teams. None. Zero.

ND won a total of 5 games in the ACC, none of those 5 have a winning season.

Wtf are you talking about? Why would other 2 loss teams be more deserving than us? And don’t say a conference title, conferences aren’t built equally.

You could put in Bama if they didn't play the extra game. They should PUNISH ND for this.
