It may be flipped anyways by beating Georgia in the SECC….

But Georgia was on the way to a 3Peat and becoming the undisputed kings of college football.

If Bama can go on to win the whole thing, then the last 4 national champions are 2020-Bama, 2021, 2022 - Georgia, and 2023 - Bama. And Bama has the head-to-head edge over the Dawgs. Crazy how much perception changes, and Bama is right back on top as the best program (albeit with Georgia right on their heels).

I mean we all said it in the offseason - this was a massive, massive year for our program. We were at a crossroads, and early on it looked like it was going to be a failure.

But buddy those dudes in that locker room weren't having that.

It goes away if UGA beats FSU decisively.

Honestly think it was flipped yesterday.

This has definitely been the most unlikely run the entire time Saban has been here.

Second imo. Getting to 12-0 in 2008 after 2006 and 2007 was crazy. 1 great recruiting class and the process kicked in fast as shite.

Felt like the 2009 SECG taking all the juice from the Gators

Bama just did that again in 2023 to the Dawgs

Is this only the halfway point in the Saban Dynasty?

Tide teams that “didn’t deserve to be here” are a healthy 3-0 with 2 blowouts

Some of you have already said it, but Saban really showed this year
why he’s the best in the business. A lot of fans (including me) were saying he needed to come down hard on this team early in the season, but instead he
took a different approach from “his norm” and defended and encouraged them.
Now…the players love him for it & have fought their way back to the playoffs.
You’re right, this year could have been a bad turning point for the program.
But his willingness to adapt has us once again at the top of the SEC and a
chance to re-establish UA as the dominant program in the country.

There was a couple game stretch there where Saban started chewing arse on the sideline pretty regularly. He toned it down as the season went on but it was there some.

that’s true, I guess he’s just more selective in his arse chewing, lol.
I just remember after the usf game thinking, this season could get
real ugly. But luckily, this team has a lot of fight in them & the coaching at
the coordinator spots is a lot better than the past two years.
