Eye Test is what got Bama in the game... Auburn was a 14 point underdog to Bama and SHOULD have won. FSU could have beat Alabama.

Had Georgia beat Alabama, FSU would have still been on the outside looking in.

Wrong. Stupid take from an Auburn fan. Auburn playing BAMA in Jurdin Hayer will ALWAYS be Alabama's toughest game because it's AU's Super Bowl. It's been that way since drunk Pat got the game moved to Auburn, and it will always be that way.

Yes they would. First off you’re an idiot if you think FSU would have beaten Bama with their 2nd string qb. Second, you need to go back and listen to the head of the committee. He said after Texas blew out Okie in the conference game they were IN!! That could only mean the winner of the SEC was going to be the other. Especially after they watched that anemic offense with the 2nd and 3rd string qb.

100%. Playoff committee had to fit an Alabama narrative. Texas is left out if Georgia won the game. They’d set up a Georgia FSU slaughter in New Orleans before the championship in Houston of Washington v Michigan game.

I agree with the first part of that statement but not the second.
People arguing that FSU should have gotten in are usually glossing over that Alabama and Texas both had much higher profile wins on their resumes in neutral site and away games over other Top 6 contenders.
Take away Bama beating a UGA team many would still pick as the favorite to win it all in a 12 Team Playoff and Texas beating Bama isn't quite such a huge resume point in the committee's final decision.
Bama beating Georgia made Texas' resume a whole lot stronger.
People looking for conspiracies -- and I'm not saying everything's always on the up and up -- often gloss over a lot of actual obvious and concrete reasons for decisions.
