It's a confidence thing. JJ has been shell shocked since Louisville. He doesn't look confident, and calling plays to protect him (make it easier on him) shows the coaches are lacking confidence in him too. If you are calling plays to protect your QB, you're hurting your team as much as JJ is. Either sit him down or call plays to win!!

This. Even the most casual football fan can see this. I find it hard to believe the coaches can't. With his mechanics, there is no way for him to deliver a good ball consistently.
