WHY WASNT DEUCE PLAYED?

Ehh Ashton sucked the first couple drives but he settled in nicely. Don’t think throwing your freshmen QB out there would have made much of a difference offensively if guys are dropping passes and fumbling the ball.

Settled in nicely, his ball placement was everywhere but where it needed to be, or too fast

Did you see what the receivers were having to do to even get the passes, turn around, slow down their route, jump high, take a bullet pass with 2 defenders reaching around them. I want to say most of those passes dropped were due to bad ball placement all night. He put like 3 or 4 in the dirt even. Ashton was looking like a fish out of water, even when they were catching the ball they couldn't go far due to non anticipated throwing.

He was hesitant with his running, the playcalling was stale as a year old cracker, Jeremiah Cobb was hurt, and when we had a spark with the backup RB Jones, they took him out again.

6 touchdowns last game and doesn’t get to put a toe on the field.

We scored 20 points. We find ways to lose.

Mercer isn’t a highschool team. They have a good defense.

Again, 20 fricking points against a pathetic Alabama defense.

Yet he still had more yards than the bama QB. I think had Ashton played more this year he'd have the open window on WRs figured out more.
