I pulled a u turn on 85, almost got pulled over, and missed all the traffic.

They must have driven on the shoulder because they still ended up about a half a mile ahead


They were going 65, so everyone passed them. But on the border they blocked both lanes and went real slow. Luckily I just got ahead

I haven't found a store bought white sauce that I've liked. It's easy to make at home: Duke's mayo, white pepper, vinegar, and a little of your BBQ rub. That's it. Maybe a little water, salt, or lemon juice depending on your tastes.

Too damn cold in the NC mountains today to grill. Black pepper pork chops in the slow cooker. Bottle of homemade Brandy from a farm down the road. War Eagle.

The recipe in the Big Bob BBQ book calls for all that and a little horseradish . I just use the recipe from the book.
