How fricked would we be if the NIL payment required filling the stadium better than that and we didnt meet our end to satisfy the deal.

I was there club level seats (I’m rich Bitch) and I think i understand now. I’ve been saying for years since MBS opened Falcons games always looked empty. It’s because half the stadium crowd is in the food/bar/lounge areas the entire game.
The stadium was 40% full 20 minutes before game time. The marching band came on and it filled 90%, but then dissipated during the game. Fans just walk around that stadium rather than sit in their seats. So guaranteed Auburn ticket sell out, and I think most people were there. The stadium just lends to people not staying in their seats

And still no sponsors on the jersey. The guy has no foresight and we will get left behind. Our chance to be on the leading edge of all this is flying by us.

In the near future, this will be sort of the standard crowd for regular season games.
Too many entertainment options in the modern world .
Playoff expansion will ultimately devalue the regular season.
We had the golden age of college football.

We had a decent amount in attendance, but many I know were enjoying the lake or beach. Baylor didn’t have many there at all.

The product is about 1/10th of what it used to be while the prices are 2-3x what they used to be. Throw in putting it in a soulless neutral site venue and this is what you get. The ONLY redeeming thing it still has going for it is the chance for a family to spend a nice fall Saturday back on the campus that they love. The sport is basically dead, like someone walking around with pancreatic cancer but doesn't know it yet.
