I think Baylor's new stadium is a concept that soon will become more popular for new CFB stadiums. The form is similar to SunTrust Park where you have a wing floating above the deck providing some shade (would be nice in Auburn) while still allowing breezes through. This also lets you have a very open concourse. It would be neat if we could have a terrace like Cal's Memorial stadium's deck.

Respectfully disagree. I really like the way the cement supports push up into the sky.

I’m not in favor of bricking the outside. JHS needs to look like business.

If there is no feasible architectural plan to enclose JH, it all needs to be brought down and rebuilt from the ground up.

That’s gonna be a big no from me dog.

Me neither.

I agree. The flared supports for the upper deck are the only architectural notion it has. Concrete can work for a stadium too and look sleek. But on the western facade, the concrete makes it look like a soviet era stadium. What with those tiny windows?

None I would like downgrades actually. Jumbotron too big, less videos, make it old and nasty and intimidating again.

I dont think increasing the capacity is a good thing.

I think they should add chair backs to all seats and maybe do something to the exterior to make it look modern.

I would like it if they expanded an end zone but kept the same capacity or close to the current and add chair backs with a little more space.

Not sure what I would do to the outside to modernize it but certainly someone could figure it out and make it look great.

Chair backs for every seat with a cup holder.

Take out 2 rows per section for more leg room.

Show scores and other game action on Aubietron more often.

Agreed! I won't go back until this is addressed. It is a giant distraction

I know part of it is me getting older but I firmly believe the Jumbotron has taken a lot away from the in stadium experience.

As others have noted the sound does need to be upgraded though. If you're going to play all those songs and videos at least make them sound good.

Do they still spend most of the time showing the crowd waving to the camera?

Scores

I really miss when the scores weren’t shown and were announced instead. The whole crowd would react.

Now that neat little unplanned tradition is gone too.

Back in the Stone Age when I was at Auburn, a game was never complete until your stadium announcer Carl Stephens had provided the crowd with the score of the Slippery Rock game.

With the smart phone, most already know the outcome. It isn't like it used to be where no one knew the outcome until it was announced.

Upgrade the north end zone with premium seating and add suites. The exterior of the stadium needs work but in all honesty I don’t want to do a whole lot at the risk of putting ourselves in a bad financial position like UT.

Common areas with TVs, tables and better concessions.

Update exterior, and interior being more than just concrete. Lay down some brick, similar to Neylands recent upgrade. Give it some color for Gods sake.

Don’t do anything to increase capacity, maybe take some seats out for standing room only to accommodate the bigger games.

Brick no brick, you gotta hide the erector set. I know we all like the hostile look but for recruiting purposes it needs to be hidden. Finish back of scoreboard and put another(smaller) video board on other side.

Completely redo the concourses for sure. WiFi still sucks in the stadium.
