Maybe we can call Riley?

I thought you were serious about winning championships, or do you just want the satisfaction of hiring a “big name”?

Because hiring Riley would get us about the same results as far as championships go. A few more wins maybe.

Right now we are the new Vandy and I have always hated losing more than I like winning. If we can’t do better than this then why continue the football program, this is embarrassing and I’m tired of telling myself it’s going to get better. I have no faith in the PTB because they have been pulling the strings a lot longer than Cohen and look where it’s led us.

None of the recruits fit the other bill. This is the NIL era.

I’m not saying hire the guy but PJ Fleck is that type coach. Read his background about when took over Western Michigan

so overpay for a guy hoping he is the answer? lather, rinse, repeat.

You have been one of the ones bringing up what Durkin did at Maryland. What has Riley accomplished at Oklahoma and USC?

Dilly or Brohm with free reign to hire their entire staff is the only right answer. Durkin is the most wrong one

We have never made a splash hire. Bowden was a d2 coach. We would lose our mind if that happened tomorrow. I think Harsen was our most decorated hire.

I’d be on board. He whipped our arse in a bowl game.

I’d be fine with circling back to Dillingham and making him an offer he can’t refuse

If anyone thinks that Cohen is making any big decisions unilaterally, I don't know what to tell you. He wasn't the first AD to try and force a new HC to accept some holdovers on his staff. He wouldn't be concerned with spending $10 million for a coach.

I am to the point of just wanting to dump the all the football NIL money into basketball and dominate that sport.

I am intrigued by him. My problem with him, he is pass happy. I just watched that. I want an O that establishes the run.

Brohm would be a disaster. He is a terrible coach. ASU is on probation and Dilly would crawl here.

Paying Durkin $5-6 million with a buyout is overpaying also.

Riley went to multiple CFP. Auburn has been to zero.

Durkin odds have skyrocketed today on Kalshi. Not the end all be all, but yeah, signs are pointing to it happening.

its Riley for me at this point. He is the only coach that could maybe buy my interest next year.
