Because we thought it’d be a bad look for him to be Auburn’s head coach while simultaneously coaching Alabama against Notre dame in the National Championship in Miami.

Boy, how our football program, and Georgia’s, could’ve looked much different.

He would have left soon as Jawja came calling

If y’all ain’t figured it out yet for the most part it ain’t the coach it’s the player. There is no way to know if Kirby could recruit at AU like he has at UGA.

Let’s just get better and get better players. Starting by getting players in our own state

And it's okay for our fanbase to admit uga > AU. Mark Richt was pulling top talent, but could never get over the hump

Have to give credit where credit is due. Bama and UGA have been recruiting machines.

With talent comes wins. With wins comes championships

Dude UGa will come back to earth once NIL is fully kicked in. They are still reaping the pre-NIL players where them and Bama were free to use NIL. Recruiting is all about the Benjamin’s as it should be

I should say more parity in general for top few teams

They're the Vegas favorite for next season.

UGA is capable of much better recruiting than Auburn.

Kirby would've done nothing here.

As Pat Dye said “hindsight is 50/50”. At the time it made sense to go with Gus. We have 2013, but the rules changed and also Gus thought we played 7 on 7 and offensive line did not matter.

The bigger question was we hired Harsin over literally anyone.

Georgia is without peer in a state with great high school football.
They also have parlayed their recent success making them a national recruiting powerhouse.

The Auburn job is tough, but Brother Hugh will get us better on the line of scrimmage and we will compete with the best.

we definitely need better players and it's really annoying to watch some of these grown men for UGA running over anyone they play. but if it was just the players and recruiting stats, aTm would have competed for the championship this year so Kirby and that OC at UGA deserve a lot of credit.

While A&M certainly underachieved massively, true freshmen, no matter how talented, aren't going to compete for a title.

I could care less where the players come from. Get the best players we can. I dont care if they are from India

Best possible players.

I don't know if you've noticed but there's a new sheriff in town.
