Firing Gus was the right decision. Actually, he should have never been given the contract extension and raise after beating Bama and Georgia.

Hiring Harsin was obviously a bad decision. The guy has no idea how to manage an SEC team.

I like Gus but it was time for a split up.

That being said, we hired Harsin and are about to be 1-4 in the SEC.

The people at the top need their heads examined.

Your fear of change because something bad will happen is weird

The only close game Brian Harsin has won at Auburn was against Georgia State

Everyone cried about giving Malzahn 19 million to leave, now you get to give this clown 15 million to leave after he totally dismantled the football program

Great decision.

But Ashford said he doesn’t pay attention to the outside noise as nobody sees how hard they practice and prepare each week…”practice”.

Harsin being bad doesn’t mean Gus wasn’t bad at the end of his tenure either.

Idk why there’s some strange notion that one must be compared to the other and that we’d be better off had Malzahn not been let go

I think everyone was excited for Harsin because he wasn’t Kevin Steele.

We believed all the BS that Harsin was talking.

We should have took note that no one, I mean NOONE at Boise was upset that he was leaving.

You do realize that firing Gus can be the right decision while Harsin still be the wrong decision, right?

Him and rumored one of our big money people basically did that all themselves.

That’s what happened and where we are at now. Gus got complacent and stuck in his ways.

But this harsin experiement has been an absolute disaster. Looks like half the crowd is gone already.

well, thats just not accurate.

But I’m not gonna quibble. We will have spent roughly $35 million to go back to where we were at the end of 2020, in an an obvious steady decline.

But in today’s new-look CFB, all it will take is a couple of good hires - AD and HC.

I just don’t trust the people charged with making those decisions.
