That's asking a lot. LSU is going to be nasty. Bama should only lose 1 or 2. UGA is stacked on defense. Ole Miss will be a top 10 team but I don't think Freeze can take them to the promise land aka SEC West.

I think 6 is our floor 8 wins is probably were we land and 9 would mean we beat Clemson or Bama or LSU.

The surgery is today I believe and he's expected to make a full recovery and be throwing again by September.

Apparently John Franklin III is working out with Michael Vick and trainer Dominic Frazier. If the general consensus is White at the moment, it doesn't look like JF3 is gonna go down without a fight. According to his twitter he is also building some good chemistry with guys on the team, and that never hurts your chances of making something happen either. Fall camp will be interesting to see who shows up to take the job.

Stan White sucked until his Senior year...Jason Campbell did too. Brandon Cox was terrible sans one year. Cam Newton was inaccurate as frick on short to intermediate routes. Nick Marshall was a poor passer and fumbled when the game was on the line. Pat Sullivan had one of the worst completion percentages and wouldnt even be a top 5 passer in the SEC. In fact, Auburn hasnt ever had a good Qb in their entire history. Amirite GC?

To actually respond to your question, we definitely aren't in the running for QB U. We've had studs but average is just meh.


We no longer have the fortune of a Tuberville/Dye defense. Average QB play puts us on par with Arkansas post Brandon Allen.
