When you have good systems in place you just reload and replace. For example, I guarantee whoever is at qb at Oklahoma next year will be in the Heisman race. Same for Alabama.

It definitely will be interesting to see how the coaching carousel pans out. As for Auburn the next head coach will have a much easier road than Malzahn. Saban is at the end of his career and with a loss to Auburn this year and the eminent departure of Tua he may just depart this year. Saban was able to get about any recruit he wanted in the past. Now he is having to fight tooth and nail with Orgeron, Smart and now Mullen down in Florida. The stockpiling of talent will definitely decline. All of this helps Auburn. Although Saban is at the top as far as a recruiter he is at best average on game day. Auburn need not fumble on the next hire but if handled correctly can propel the program to consistency.

You can add Dabo in the mix with Orgeron, Smart, and Mullen. Plus, FSU is about to hire a big name that should get them back on track.

I think the biggest issue for Saban is his staff turnover every year. It's amazing how many DCs and OCs have left him with hardly no drop off.

I do not think Saban is going anywhere anytime soon but I do believe they could fall back to 10 win program.

Their biggest issue this year was injuries at LB and loss of talent to the NFL without being able to replace it on the Dline. IF you're putting 2-3 guys in the league every year at 1 position it will eventually catch up with you. Especially at DT where you take only a limited number each year and some turn into DEs or LBs in bama's case #JACKLB :lol:
