Upvote. Doing some salmon and asparagus after the game. Probably do some poppers during the game as a appetizer.

Have not tried ribs yet.

That's because you are converting into a beta. You probably had granola for breakfast this morning

Haha nope. Still dealing with my father in law so been running back an forth to their house. He’s home now. He’s in kidney failure and waiting for a transplant. Dialysis 5 days week before. 2 pints of blood and 3 times this week.

So don’t want to derail the thread but pray for my FIL. He’s a good man. A marine. Former high school football official. And still pretty young at 64.

Prayers for your father Coach. I will be in that same position one day. My father has had diabetes most of his life and his kidney function is very low.

Hope things work out

Spots we went from 16 percent functioning to 2 in less than a week. So if your dad is anywhere near 20% definitely keep an eye on him.

Yep. Smoke em indirect until about 115. Then pull em to rest. Ramp the BGE up to 600 and sear it on cast iron grates.

Drumsticks here. Wanted wings but didn't have any at the store. I really don't like drumsticks but trying some with some Tiger Sauce/Soy/Italian as a marinade. Some of the others just Italian.

Nice. My Butcher had dry aged cowboy ribeyes on sale. So no smoking for me today.
