He ran out of the pocket with no one around. Don’t hand me that BS.

Nix was lost all day. Not a good QB. We are in sad shape.

Doesn't matter, he squared up and had plenty of time out of the pocket to make a set throw.

Not a single route got open after running 20 yards down field

Exactly. He had a wide open pocket and takes off running. Dumbfrick Gus leaves him in though.

It was 4th and 12. ALL routes where way beyond the LOS. He had no chose. Bad play call

That’s most of our passing plays.

Couple that with we coach to QB to have primary receivers each play instead of reading the defense, if you primary is a slow route, he won’t look off to a route the defense is leaving open quick enough.

pressure was coming and WRs never looked back until 15 yards down field. Terrible play call.

Nix was the worst player on the field today... on either team. No other way to say it.

Glad I’m not the only person who saw it.

SwAUg needs to view the game that we are seeing.

Honestly, Gus has called a good game. Hard to call plays when your OL is getting no push and your QB can’t hit the broad side of a barn but there have been plenty of chances for our guys to make plays.

It matter because it shows he’s not comfortable just standing in the pocket and making his reads. He going to watch receivers while running around?

Nix was worst player, but KJ Britt is tailing him pretty closely.

I mean he's a freshman

that said, I honestly think he looked kinda like he has all season

scared in the "pocket", overthrowing deep balls, etc.

regardless if he left the pocket or not nobody was open. Too easy for the defense to turn and run with 4 guys streaking.

Still should have thrown something up tho

You’re right. He stares down his receivers, leaves the pocket at any pressure, and has the happiest feet I’ve seen in a long time.

Nix has had an awful game but Gus fricked him. We’ve seen that when Nix has a chance to get into a rhythm, he can be really good. We let him do that the past two weeks, we didn’t do it the first three. Didn’t do it tonight. That’s on Gus.

Yes. Throw it up. Give at least a chance to get a first down.
