Nah, year 1 is still a pass but I do think you need to start winning in year 2.

frick that. kiffen in year one at lsu already rolling. You can win now year 1.

Hell GAME 1 let alone year 1. When the portal became a thing, Kiffin gambled on leaning into it, and he got guys who can immediately make an impact while Freeze played the “patience” card game and went the traditional HS recruiting route.

I think it’s pretty clear who the clear winning strategy was.

Golesh played his hand with USF guys. Will it work, who knows, but it wasn’t pretty week one.

I really don’t know yet.

However, first game felt a lot like the last 5 years.

It felt very disappointing. Brown didn’t look great like all the QB’s of the last 5 years. That throwing motion messes with my head, and he looked slow. This was the first time I really have seen him play. Next game up, but I don’t think we can glean too much from it as to how this team will perform overall this season. Cubelic is more positive about what he saw than me from the OL, I hope he is right.

We played tight on offense. Need to figure out how to get Brown going. He seems to be thinking too much…everything looks slow

Too stupid to realize the damage done by the last three coaches aren’t you?

Stop listening to Zack and Company, the media had access to small windows. They pumped sunshine up everyone’s butt.

Dont be an idiot.

Nobody gives a shite about a SMU. They are ACC and nobody gives a shite about ACC.

SMU's total estimated Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) market value sits at approximately $29.6 million, ranking 15th in the ACC.

Wow, aubNNYC you really knocked it out of the park here.

I am willing to bet they dont have as many consecutive home sellouts as Auburn as well. Maybe if he is a pussy like you are he needs to hunker down there.

I see SMU as an objectively better job, tbh. Lots of untapped potential in the donor base, more money to pay him, and yes, an easier route to the playoff. Maybe expanding to 24 teams or whatever tips the balance a little closer to AU

I like him.

One year Preston Stone was supposed to be their hot shot QB and he set his arse down to play Jennings the raw qb instead. That took some balls.

The knock on him was he was a body at OC for Gus and an a-hole. He has proven he can coach. We need an a-hole.
