Either way, the rhetoric is pretty bad talking about going after children. That's not civilized.

Well I think there is general understanding with that quote that the Israelites don’t want to harm children. But they have to attack back on the psychotic Sunni government and despite a 72 hour warning they likely will harm some children because the Sunni’s hate their own and aren’t properly evacuating them or caring for them

Been seeing that denver and cbm could start. I think we picked up a real player in cbm. Not sure why he wasnt being recruited more heavily out of juco after sds. I actully hope KD starts at the 2 mainly becuase he didnt play that well off the bench until the last part of last season.

But i guess these are thr starters based on camp perfomence. Wish there was a bit more ball handling.

Aden
Denver
Jaylin
Cbm
Johni

I think people had serious off the court/locker room concerns about him. I'd think Bruce is the perfect answer for those concerns and the culture he has established but I guess it remains to be seen.

A lot of talk that Tre will likely be the starting PG, At least to start the season. Also CBM will be the 3 and Jaylin the 4.

Interested to see how the rotation on the 1-3 shakes out. At each position, we have 1 defensive minded player alongside a really good offensive talent. So ideally, the 3 offensive minded guys buy in and become good defensively so you get the best of both worlds.

I don't think it was discussed on here, but we got scrimmage stats from the scrimmage last Friday. Looks like it was mostly best on best in a 20 minute setting.

Standouts were CBM, Denver, and Broome.

Aden had a tough shooting day but that won't be the norm.

10-27 from 3 between both teams is a great improvement upon last year, hope we see a lot of that. That would have been one of our better shooting performances last season.

An afterthought on here but we have got to get more out of Cardwell this season than we did last year. He was not good last season and it killed us when Broome was off the court.

Agree on the Cardwell assessment and I'm hoping the versatility with this team can help if needed. I feel like this year Bruce has a team that pieces can be moved around much more comfortably to create different line ups and still be effective. Tip in 20 days!!!

For sure. Not sure he’s ever going to have an offensive game beyond rim-running and putbacks, but we need more from him. Good news is we should have enough firepower to where his lack of offense isn’t felt near as much.

Yeah, just need him to protect the rim without fouling better, stay in position overall defensively, and be competitive on the boards. Flanigan had the same DRB% last year as him. Not supposed to have a 3 rebounding as well as a 5 ever

He needs to not try and block every shot. Trying to block your man’s shot is obviously fine, but he frequently would come help and try to get a block and when he missed his man got easy boards.
