There’s no chance this team next year gets to 18 or whatever straight wins and a #1 ranking mid-season.
We’ve added some good pieces but this team isn’t being crowned pre-season favorites to win the league, even if Cleveland chooses AU.

Hoke believes there's a "mystery player" Auburn has at #1 at the three above Cleveland and Tyson and the player won't be confirmed until/unless they visit.
He doesn't believe Auburn will strike out at the position. Unlikely Auburn gets more than 1 cause they all want to be starters

Bruce Pearl mentions there's no reason Allen Flanigan will declare anything given he's already declared twice. If he declares again, he has to stay in. Pearl expects Flanigan to graduate and weigh his options.

Im gonna guess our new assistant will have a good idea of how realistic Tyson is so either way I don’t think we will get hung out to dry in this situation

On transfers, Pearl said "We're probably gonna bring in at least one, probably two more. I'll be surprised if we utilize all 13 of our scholarships."
Also stated a walk-on could get the 13th scholarship on this team this season and that Chaney Johnson will compete at the 3 and 4.
With the "one or two more" transfer statement, it sounds like he's planning on Jaylin returning, finding 2 more in the portal and giving Lior a scholly. That would put the roster at 12 though...
