How many spots do we have left? I’d really like to add a CG that’s an elite shooter and a PF that at least 6’9 to compliment Jaylin being smaller.

Hoke posted a BB insider so here's a breakdown:
— Texas Tech assistant Corey Williams is the frontrunner to replace Flanigan
_ former Auburn player Adam Harrington could become a consultant for Auburn, helping with player development, efficiencies with practices/schemes, etc.
— Wes leaving wasn't well received within the program, he was expected to either take the year off or become an HC. They didn't expect him to leave for an SEC program especially one state over, so there's no love lost between Flanigan and Coach Pearl.
— K.D Johnson is trending toward staying with the program, but the situation is fluid.
— he anticipates 2-3 more transfers into the program. WG Jr replaced by Aden, Zep replaced by Denver, and Flanigan replaced by transfer #3. Then add depth at the 4+5
— Clemson transfer Middlebrooks if he joins would be to add depth to the 4+5 not to replace Broome/Cardwell and he's been told that. It's possible he chooses a different program cause of that. He would essentially be replacing Stretch.
— FSU transfer Matthew Cleveland is a priority, but Auburn is being patient recruiting the three position thinking there could be other great transfers in the portal.
- UGA transfer Kario Oquendo is losing momentum by the day and it's unlikely he comes here cause Auburn doesn't have his major so he won't have the credits to transfer here. Similar to Coastal Carolina QB Grayson McCall.
Fixing this is a priority for Cohen and Roberts, but it's up in the air when it'll be fixed. Unlikely to happen before May 11th but could happen by summer or fall.
— UAH transfer Chaney Johnson if he comes could compete with Jaylin Williams at the four, and could even play some three if needed.
— Johnson is higher on the board than Cambridge who has some academic hurdles in order to graduate from AZ State and be eligible at Auburn. Cambridge will visit, but it's not a lock that he returns.

I think it's either him or Brandin Knight, Rutgers

Not reading anything into this but found it interesting, SF Jaylon Tyson (from Texas Tech) entered the portal yesterday

Seems like this contradicts itself. Is this supposed to say there is love lost between the two? Doesn’t make sense in light of the situation.

Here's the full quote:

What wasn’t anticipated is Flanigan leaving for a position on another SEC staff, especially a new staff one state over. I think it’s safe to say there’s no love lost between Flanigan and Pearl because of the move.

quote:
no love lost
idiom
—used to say that people dislike each other
They were polite with each other, but it was clear that there was no love lost between them.
