This team can beat anyone, but they can't get ahead by 28 and then mail it in. They have to have hunger for total domination from start to finish. More killer instinct and no cruise control.

It looked like Bruce told the team to slow things down after the 1st half. Almost no full court running.

The run we allowed late to LSU was uncomfortable. CBB is a game of runs though and we had our own at the end of the first half. I do agree we don’t need to get complicit. Bruce seems to be more tolerant of runs at home in the second half when we’re up big if he can prevent extending the game with a timeout. It’s one of the only things we armchair QB about with him

To be fair in this case there was a TV timeout when the run was like 14-2. Could argue he should have called one after the 9-0 run from 3 straight threes. That would have been the time I guess.

It’s an age old debate as to whether that helps or not. As a fan it helps me cope at least
