Basketball is at a higher level than at any point in Auburn history. We are now at the point where a 1st round loss in the NCAA Tourney is upsetting to us. We are in a place like we’ve never been with Bruce.

Just remember the days of Tommy Joe Eagles, Jeff Lebo, and that POS Tony Barbee.

These are the salad days of Auburn Basketball.

Amen to that. On occasion, younger fans will say something critical about Bruce and I shake my head. They don’t realize what a moribund program we were before he got here.

Some of the ouldes are just as guilty. They hate the idea of Auburn being a basketball school.

Auburn has won four SEC conference regular season championships (2 by Bruce) and three SEC tournament championships (2 By Bruce).

So Bruce has led us to more Championships (4) than the rest of the coaches combined (3)

Auburn has appeared in the NCAA tournament 13 times (5 by Bruce, Covid took away an additional appearance), making it as far as the Final Four in 2019 (BRUUUUUUUUUUCE).

I agree. I'm just as grizzled as any boomer on thissite. Been through it all since Kyle Davis.
