Which the 2019 class will be able to do. We will still have an entire starting lineup worth of players leftover in 2019

Jared Harpwr
Davion Mitchell
Samir Doughty
China Okeke
Anfernee McElmore

Potential for Purifoy, Heron to be back too.

Only gained a single vote in the AP. There were a lot of bandwagon Auburn basketball fans acting like we'd get ranked or close to ranked for beating a program they didn't even know has been bad the past two seasons Makes us look bad posting stuff like that. That being said, I think we're much better than UCLA, but the shoe's on the other foot in basketball.

I mean there was a chance. Especially with the win @Murray.

It was a good win, but usually for a lowly college program to do something to really be noticed, it needs to be a really good opponent. Auburn has it easy(ish) in football, but not nearly as much as programs like UCLA do in basketball. They look like absolute garbage all season, but beat a Kentucky team that has big problems and they get 12 votes. I wonder how many of the local AP voters actually know more than 1 or 2 players on our roster. Also wonder how many worthy teams got votes stolen from UCLA.

I guess I baited the hook to well on my Andy Katz thread. Although Gators is losing his mind over it.

Any chance we see Wiley and/or Purifoy back this season?

If we don't see one or both against Tennessee then we ain't seeing them this year.

I know we haven't played a killer tough schedule, but its not as bad as I thought. I like the schedule though. This team, even with Wiley and Purifoy needed to get confidence and momentum. I think they are doing that nicely. If they can continue to play like they did against UCONN, we will be able to do a lot of damage this year.

We haven't played any team that is a likely at large bid quality team. Temple/MTSU might have been close but both have some hard Ls

If we play that we every game, we will be fighting for a very high seed in the tournament

He also made his profile considerably less AU focused in terms of pictures on display

I'm guessing he is playing overseas. I wish we would part on better terms. Obviously he played his part in the problems, but he has been shafted on waiting for no decision given his FR year debacle now this.
