Turbo or Jaylin could be the casualty.

I think Javon Franklin has to be the leading casualty candidate at the moment unless they just decided he needed the whole year to rehabilitate. Think he's played like 90 seconds this year and he's a redshirt sophomore.

I agree. I think he was just a roster need, for a forward. So i can see him as a casualty depending on whether Bruce can fill that spot with a better player.

His numbers weren't great in HS, and maybe more of a defensive type of player.

I think Jaylin WIlliams is who will be the inside offense Bruce wants. He just needs to learn defense better.

Any updates or insider info on how long they are expecting Okoro to be out?

Somewhere between low end estimate of 1 game and high end estimate of 16

Encouraging that he wasn't completely ruled out. Maybe he plays next week

We need to sit him and we will because he isn’t ready. Hammy pulls tend to linger and we need him more when our season is on the line around tournament time.

I said last week that we’ll realize how much Okoro meant to this team in his absence and you can kiss the regular season championship goodbye. And got downvoted. It’s the truth but we have to think bigger than we’re accustomed to as AU basketball fans. Our season is our success in the postseason and without a healthy Okoro, we’re doomed.

He will but it’s close enough that it won’t affect his rehab, which is why he didn’t travel to Mizzou.

Not hurt at all, just some fans refuse to believe things they don’t want to hear.

Don't want to hear? Why would we kiss a championship good bye? No one downvoted you because they disagreed about needing Okoro.

We just think it isn't over. If he is truly healthy (insiders believe it won't be long until he is) he can come back and we can win this thing.

Gotta find a way to get it done @Georgia without him.

Because we aren’t the same team without Okoro and those that downvoted obviously don’t realize that fact.

We aren’t winning the regular season title without Okoro. Would you sacrifice our postseason success for our regular season? Which is more important? He’s going to be out at least another week or so

Regular season title is still shiny.

And post season success isn’t guaranteed even with Okoro. Might as well get what we can while he’s still with us.
