I see most are freaking out. It was an embarrassing loss but things like this do happen even to teams that go on and have successful seasons. The worrisome part to me is when the game got to crunch time I would hope pride and a competitive nature would show up and we would have stepped it up on defense. Seeing how they closed out the game it is obvious that it didn't happen though.

I don't really care that we lost. Crazy upsets happen in basketball. The concerning thing is we have up 85 or so points in regulation to a D2 school.

Collin Sexton at Bama is currently ineligible and will be sitting until further notice... Helps us make up for ground until (if) we get Wiley and Purifoy back.

All 3 will likely have rulings around the same time I'd guess, given they are all caught up in same specific scandal

Adidas was alleged to be offering $100k for a kid to attend one of their schools to match Nike's offer
Shouldn't be a stretch something "off" went down given that Blueblood Kansas (Adidas) lost out on his signature to Alabama.

From Jason Caldwell......We spoke to someone that would absolutely know and they said nothing has happened yet, but they feel like there's a decent chance Wiley could be declared eligible before Friday's game. We'll keep everyone updated

Sexton was bidding the shoe companies (Adidas vs. Nike) against themselves using his AAU coach. I think someone maybe flipping to save themselves.
Sources told ESPN that Sexton's relationship with former AAU coach Christian Dawkins, who was arrested and named in a separate federal complaint related to the corruption probe, might also be an issue. Sources said Dawkins, from Saginaw, Michigan, was involved in Sexton's recruitment.
NOTE: This brings the NCAA into it for Bama.

I don't know if it means anything but Wiley and Purifoy were both on the scout team at yesterdays practice. Today they are off the scout team and practicing with the team.
