That’s everything you can ask for in a nonconference basketball game. Absolutely nothing was going right and we just found a way to win with sheer will. Austin was HUGE.
Coaching staff could get infinite mileage out of this game film too. That Furman team had some weapons.

Man, that was sloppy. Found a win, but that's the kind of game I'm worried about in SEC play. Proud we got the W.

It’s not about questioning whether we would win or lose. It’s about understanding basketball and that nothing really matters outside of the last 5 minutes of the game unless you down by 15 or more

We hadn’t played in 10 days... it was almost a certainty we’d come out sloppy... thought we’d snap out of it sooner, but better late than never I guess.

Yea, but all those easy inside buckets won't be found against a decent SEC team. If we go cold like that in SEC play it will be ugly. Still really excited about this team.

Ultimately, it cost furman a chance at a game tying 3. Nothing more and nothing less. Probably 5 seconds of game clock
