Yep. He gone. His announcement followed offers from Baylor and Illinois. Anywhere but Auburn strikes again in the state.

Stone is from Australia. Not standard in state situation

Also, we are four hours for N AL , it basically isn't in state as it is closer to multiple top schools not AU

I’ve watched Stone a few times in person, maybe he will prove me wrong but he’s got a ways to go to contribute at high major level. Seems like a redshirt to me

Austin broke the thumb/hand in the Kansas game and played with it the rest of the tournament.

I don't think we ever recruited him that hard. He wants to play PG in college and we're pretty much set there.

TUF renewals went out today. Prices up. Gold from $375 to $550, silver from $175 to $275. Then you pay for tickets above that. To get on the waiting list for the chance to donate to TUF $25.

So 7,500 seats, average $150 per seat extra.

$1,125,000. Bruce is worth it.

Last I heard, new Arena Club availability doesn't slip past the $100k donation tier

If it wasn't for that, I'd probably pick some up. No way I'm donating $1 over ticket prices to athletics though

From Evan Daniels
quote:

There were a number of breakout performers at the first stop of the Under Armour Association league in Aurora, Illinois this past weekend. Among them was Montgomery (Ala.) Lanier standout Rongie Gordon.

Playing for the Atlanta Xpress, Gordon imposed his will in the paint and played the role of enforcer. “I think it went good,” Gordon said of his weekend. “Especially with the first game. I had 22. The second game, I got in foul trouble and it hurt me. We bounced back and I found a rhythm the next two games and I played great."

Pushing 6-foot-8, Gordon is a strong, chiseled post prospect. He impacts the game with his physical play inside, rebounding and scoring in the paint. What does he consider his strengths? “I’m creating, making plays for my teammate, inside and outside, getting defensive stops,” Gordon said. “Rebounding and playing hard and talking to my team and being a leader.”

From a recruiting standpoint, Gordon has started to pick up more attention. He has scholarship offers from Auburn, Alabama, Georgia Tech, Ohio State and UAB. To go with those offers, he also has interest from Georgia, Texas, Kansas State and Michigan. Thus far he’s taken a trio of unofficial visits. “I took one to Alabama and I took one to Auburn and I’ve taken one to Georgia Tech,” Gordon said. Gordon said Auburn has prioritized him more than any other school.

He’s apparently grown an inch within the past year and may get up to 6’9. He’s recently reached 4* status on 247.

Bruce likes him. He is a very good rim protector/low post defender and he can get up and down the court pretty good. His low post offense has apparently improved a good bit lately so look for that list of suitors to grow pretty quickly.

Any news on if Chuma will try to go pro? I'm still seeing where mock drafts have him slated as a late 1st round pick.

How is this even possible when his recovery alone will take until January 2020?

Hard to believe someone would draft him, but I know if someone told me they would pick me in the first round while I’m sitting here with a surgically repaired ACL the decision would be pretty easy
