Sorry you’re going through a tough time. I’ve had several really, really hard resets in my life. I’d like to say they were all the best thing that ever happened to me, but they weren’t But I’m in the best place I’ve ever been, and I wouldn’t be without all that chaos and hardship.

Thinks are slowly getting better for me. But at 54 kinda sucks to be single. But sucked more to be married though.

Corch I am 36 and been married 15 years. I sometimes wonder what it would be like to have a different set of titties slap me in the face.

You should go find out guilt free and then report back

Gotta find that contentment again, big dawg.

Lanier seems content in Florida it also seems like he has already been retired for two decades already and he is only 60.

Jones finds joy in weed shops in Colorado.

Borotiger needs a gluten free soy milk organic latte and the latest edition of Good Housekeeping.

Bro really I think I need to concentrate on me. I need to finish out some things looking to retire. My plan was always to retire at 55-60. Looking at it now with Healthcare expenses (Insurance) per month is outrageous. Plus I would like to build a little larger nest egg just in case I am single in retirement. I don’t think I will be one of those people that live deep into their 80’s but you never know. I have played way too hard in the game of life.

The past 4 years has been the only time I have remotely slowed down chasing life. Now I’m letting life come to me. I have a grand baby. She lives to far away so I don’t get to see her enough. But nothing makes me more happy then for her to steal her daddy’s phone and go running with it just saying hey pop, hey pop.

I have always been religious. I suck at being a great Christian representation but I am constantly studying. Plus I have 4 boys that are all within 11 years apart. 31-20. That’s a lot of “leading” for young Christian Men. We started at the beginning of the year doing Bible studies together over text messages. We started with John, then Acts, then Romans, now we are in the book of Daniel. Yes 2 of them are my stepsons but the youngest I have been in his life since he was sucking a pacifier. He has no memory of his mom and dad as a couple. He has always said he has 2 dads. I still have 2 in college as well.

Hey the youngest that was at bama is moving back home and transferring to UAB. He’s had enough of the big campus life plus he will be starting nursing school in the fall. Both the boys im college will be nurses. The 23 year old is on that 12 year bachelor degree program it looks like. He was the one at Auburn I was like that’s what happens when you frick off for 2.5 years and only have passed 1 class. To much partying.

Anyway that’s life for now. Gotta get a few things straight. Get this divorce completed. Finish getting settled in this goofy apartment. Damn I haven’t lived in an apartment since I was in my early 20’s. It’s different for sure.

I will be thinking about you and wishing you nothing but the best in this adverse time. It seems like you are on a new path but that's not always bad!

You got a few right and a few wrong.

I am not content. The word you are looking for is ecstatic. Maybe even jubilant. The only thing that makes me mad is that I wasnt born here and lived my entire life here. I will never, EVER, live any where else.

I am far from being retired. I probably work more hours than anyone on this board. And that is not exaggeration. I have to in order to keep my wife happy. And me.

And I turned 59 last Sunday. Not 60 yet

Hope life throws you a bone Corch. I dont really like you , or anyone else on this board for that matter, but I hope you find some peace. And a sexy 50 year old woman to put a smile on your face.

Lanier, your IM threads suck. It's not you; it's me. You and I may not ever relate on anything. But that's cool
