I do think we are fine. Could have won against Bama and Tenn without playing our best. Need to quit fouling and move Johni around a bit. He’s dominating but may need to open the lanes more.

I think teams also figured out they can foul certain players throughout the game and expect the shots to be missed. Broome and a few others. Just foul and take 2 pts off the board. 8 to 10 pt swing

I read Tennessee shot 44% from FT just on March 8th.

I think a lot of expectation mitigation happening in this thread and it’s coming out as whining and frustration. The real OG’s know that maybe we slightly let our foot off the gas but good things about to happen

UF has been the best team over the last month. They look like we did in Nov./Dec.. No holes and can beat you any way.

That is a big part. Our rebounding has been pathetic for a few months. We have cooled on the three line also. We just are not the team we were a few months ago. Hopefully we can regroup and get back to playing like we were the first two months of the season.

Teams can't stop Broome except like Tenn did. They traded him taking foul shots at 50% for him taking two point buckets at 80 to 90%. Putting Broome on foul line is half a turnover.

The fouls looked pretty standard to me. Certainly not hack a Shaq but they were definitely trying to make sure he couldn’t finish.
He’s had enough games where he’s gone 10/12 or whatever at the line to where I don’t think it’s a valid strategy. But maybe if you can see when it gets in his head

I think just fouling Broome on early looks he gets to prevent him from getting going in his first bucket has helped teams alot. Creatively fouling is certainly going on

He missed his first 4 and last 2. Middle stretch of the game he was 5/6. Just very streaky
