This is how I feel about it. Lupoi is prob the only elite recruiter that was even mentioned in passing for the job. Rocker probably isn’t gonna win many battles for the 5 stars but he’ll get 4 stars on campus and coach em up. I also have infinite faith in Mason’s scheme. Coaching is a group effort and Mason has always fielded elite defenses as defensive coordinator. And success recruits itself. If we can field top SEC defenses the next couple years and Georgia continues to shite the bed, Rocker’s job might go from trying to get people to say yes to picking who to say no too.
Along with others I think WR is where we need the best hire. We’ve got talent there already so Wyatt would be a really good hire, but McClendon and Martin are the big dick hires for sure.

"Well if you don't know Lanier and I know you own a private business if you didn't I'd say go to your boss and ask him if he is one. Since you work for yourself log into your wife's laptop or iPad and do a search. Her excitement will be glorious. Trust me."
This is? OK.

Im just saying that I thought Cuck had more to do with ones wife and not ones mother.
I know I am behind on these things but I just never made that connection to the mother.
Oh well. Such as life

USCe press is reporting Rocker quietly packed his shit, left campus, and didn't say goodbye to anyone.
Also Beamer made public statements about Bobo:
I can understand Beamer's frustrations, but he should know being the son of a coach that this is a super cut-throat business. What happened is not unique to him, but happens every season around the country. AU has had its fair share of coaches who "loved being at AU" who up and left. shite happens, get over it. I don't believe a word coaches say and neither should anyone else.

but SC fans said Beamer told Bobo he needed to take the job at Auburn..........because Bobo was forced on him and Beamer really didn't want him.

That could be true and this is just Beamer trying to save face because it looks bad for him lol
Rocker knows Mason, who spent the last seven seasons as Vanderbilt head coach. Rocker’s son, Kumar, is an All-America pitcher at Vanderbilt and is projected to be a high first-round draft pick.
At Auburn in 2010, Rocker’s line led the way for a dominating run defense that gave up just 109.1 yards per game and helped the Tigers go 14-0. Under his tutelage Nick Fairley went from good to overpowering, from a promising player to the best defensive lineman in the country.

I'm pretty neutral on the hire. Yes, he gave us Nick Fairley, but what has he done that's noteworthy since he was here last time? His recruiting while here seemed fine, though not elite. Just because you don't like it doesn't mean you can't be good at it. The coaching hire enthusiasm has definitely dropped after the coordinator hires, though, so I hope we finish on a high note.

Meh, it’s all about what happens after the hiring that matters. I don’t get the need to be amazed at every hire.
Let’s see some coaching and recruiting and then get amazed or bitch.
