It’s possible. Also possible he doesn’t and he may find that out. We will see I guess. I’d love for him to stay, but understand it if he does go elsewhere.

It's ~100 miles closer to home. He didn't leave Auburn to get 100 miles closer. Baylor to Little Rock is still a ~6.5 hour drive, it makes no difference that he is incrementally closer because it is still a near full day trip regardless.
He clearly left for playing time/NIL related reasons. This is also confirmed by the timing of when he chose to enter the Portal (and the fact that the AU staff wasn't expecting it, otherwise they wouldn't have included him on that "top rated QB's" graphic they put out shortly prior to it being announced that he was going to leave). If this had anything to do with his mother's health he would have alerted the staff and entered on the first day the Portal opened. That wouldn't have been something that he would need to hide or keep secret.

If Singleton comes then he is fighting for balls thrown his way with both Coleman and Singleton (and Simmons assuming he stays). If Singleton didn't come, then that is one less guy who would clearly be higher up on the ladder than him. It makes complete sense.
If they are paying Singleton $1+ mill then he is obviously going to feature more heavily into the offense than Daniels would (if they both came together).
