Im really curious if these receivers were asked to leave or if they are leaving on their own. If they are leaving on their own, I wonder if Brown commits, if a few of them turn around and come back. 6 receivers leaving is insane with one going to the draft. You are talking about direct line to starting if you stay with very little competition.
Main thing I want to see today is Brown getting on board with a few other USF guys to fill some immediate voids. That will get it rolling in our direction.

Shall we compare the talent (starz) difference between Ole Miss and UGA or are we over that?
The 3 more talented teams, UGA, Bama, OHS, all lost and were eliminated by inferior rosters.

I dont think there is "getting out of the portal" or "he is just testing his market value".
There is one 15 day window, if I dont fill my roster Im screwed. I cant leave 30 spots open hoping you come back, you dont, and I cant field a team in the fall. No, weeks ago I was setting up boards, calls, pending interviews/visits....in case people left certain position rooms.
This testing market value. Long before Byrum Brown "announced" he is in the portal, he knew what Auburn was offering.
Some will do well like Coleman and Deuce, some will regret this decision, and hate their cousin/manager.
Now what does concern me are some kids who have offers and wait til the last day of the portal to enter just to screw us because we have no time to replace them. Fortunately those bad apples have already announced.
