Our OL numbers are bolstered by the freshmen, and it looks like AG doesn’t want to rely on freshmen for the 2 deep. Disregarding the freshmen makes the OL numbers make more sense. Have 12-13 non-freshmen compete for actual playing time.

We’re not shooting with a rifle. We’re using a sawed off shotgun. Law of averages says they’ll find a solid starting 22 out of that many players.

Looks like this Miami OL transfer was a pretty highly regarded 3 star HS recruit that was committed to Penn State before flipping to Miami. I don't think there is any doubt that Cristobal knows how to recruit OL. Guy is apparently a mauler that excels at run blocking but needs to refine his technique. I really like getting these type of adds. Quality players that we wish we had recruited out of HS and now we get them with another year under their belt. Inevitably some of these are going to hit.

It was just a picture of the other Miami OL in the portal and saying he was committing to Auburn. I don't think he was trolling, but he was having fun. Haven't heard anything about that player linking us to him.
