This dude is really good. He is the most well rounded WR we’ve signed in some time. He will do everything. Deep threat, screen to the house, good at intermediate routes, great blocker and team player. He was the 20th ranked WR in the nation but I think he is underrated, the more I’ve researched him over the last few days

Hard to get too excited about a kid who will probably transfer after year near lol.
I love the argument about Mitchell from USF as if its a given he will just step up to this level and be good.
Top 5 portal class, winning record and a bowl game (really should be playoffs) year 1 or bust. Nothing else is acceptable.

That's a great get by K. Burns.

Bear and Brady are similar, to when Freeze snuck in Lew and Faulk in his first abbreviated class. I believe they could be comparable talents, anyways
The difference with this staff is, they will not only spend money but I think in much more of an organized, calculated and deliberate fashion

I guarantee you Golesh feels the same way

So you just expect everything to go bad at this point. It’s not like Amaris filled up the stat sheets and production hard to replace. Mitchell is more than capable and less money. Amaris never seemed to want to be in Auburn anyways, it was, always, only a matter of time

Brady is a stud. UGA wanted him til the end when he switched over

He was a back up to Faulk and showed flashes against quality opponents. Mitchell might end up being good, but its also just a likely he ends up being just a guy filling up the depth chart. Jay Hardy was good at Liberty, but didn't do much for us. Keyron Crawford was good at Ark St and for us.. its basically a coin flip unless its the elite players in the portal.

Kensley Louidor-Faustin to the portal. That's another part time starter and big contributor gone.

It seems like the Auburn fan base is split between the half empty, we’re losing everybody and the half full, our best players are returning

At this point in time
Until January 2nd for some

Well you need players stepping into starter roles and you need depth. Many players leaving provide both, now we have to hope to fill them with portal guys at a cheaper price. I have a hard time believing u get same type of players cheaper, but that is just my opinion

It's hard for me to push the full panic mode button until I know how many of these guys are ACTUALLY leaving. Many of these dudes could hit the market and then resign depending on the price they command.

Well the recruiting sites think so, just as they think Amaris Williams will continue with his lackluster performance......albeit with a much smaller paycheck.

We won't know who is actually leaving and who will be returning until it's official. Guys enter the portal every year only to stay with their team. Guys leave that is shocking. It's the game today.

Jackson Arnold was the number 7 QB and Chaplin was the number 2 OT.
Atkins was 22nd LB.
So there is literally no telling what you will get from the portal and ON3's rankings are not that great.
Also you assume Amaris won't end up making more or on a better team. That's unknown at this time.
