The fact that he was given Youthful Offender status and a light sentence was infuriating. Now he is an adult and will hopefully get what he deserves.

At 19, it’d be pretty easy to have child porn given the age is 18.
Also, I hate AL.com. One paragraph about the current charges, then a page or more of rehashing the dramatic events.

I remember how some here, were actually defending this POS and advocating for leniency due to his age. He was a shithead then, and apparently still is.

Those could be some pretty serious charges, if the Feds pick it up (which they do for most internet cases) they dont play around with their sentencing.

I saw something that said his parents own J&M? Is that true? I will say, I was one of those that didn’t want to see a 17 year old kids life ruined, even though he made a mistake that couldn’t be taken back. I’m sure the majority on here smoked weed and have driven at some point. But to see him continuously not give two fricks after the accident and this on top of it, I hope he rots. He’s had his second and third chance. Some people are just pieces of shite and he is clearly one of them.

Grandfather and great uncle. This young man has some serious issues, but that's not indicative of the whole family. I'll wait to learn more before I crucify him for this just because of the age, but he was a problem child before this hit the fan.

I recall getting a fair amount of heat from some on the old board upon reacting to the news after the crash. Pretty sure some knew of the driver's ID before it was released, and somehow thought anyone talking 'out of turn' about the driver... well, IDK what they were thinking. But I was more right than I imagined.

Some great parents raise horrible children. I've seen it a few times. One sibling is the honor student/captain of the varsity and the other is in and out of trouble from the go.
I'm sorry to see the kid squandered his second chance. I'd hope the judge or jury would be able to see his entire past when sentencing (if he's guilty).
