The RB Conner is really good.

The transfer LB #44 seems to be on my screen often.

How do we limit Ole Miss offense?

How do we move the ball on their defense?

Corral is very mobile. Should McClain spy him?

Will Pappoe play?

Will our zone defense improve enough to keep things in front of us and limit big plays?

Will we be able to generate pressure rushing 4?

Will Tank, Cowboy, and Bo have 200 yards rushing combined?

Lets just hope we dont try rushing three as we have in the past.

Tenn tried that against Alabama last night. I dont know if you saw the game, but they had to halt the game at one point when Bryce Young had dropped back. The NCAA called and said he was back there so long he had used up his eligibility.

Seriously, when we mix defense rushing packages we are quite effective.

When in zone we have to watch the QB AND make a move on the ball, not stand there and "look" the ball into the receivers hands, break on the ball and make a play.

Offense, stats film review on the passing game was excellent. Using the TEs in blocking AND passing is very effective in helping the run game get established.

I think we play like we did against arky we win this one.

Ealy is a Swiss Army knife.

Can run and catch.

They have some weapons.

We will win. Relax. Bo is having fun. LSU quit against them. They gave up 51 to Arkie and lost on a missed 2 point conversion.

Is there a Pappoe update?

I don't think this is going to be a huge issue. They're giving up over 420 yds of offense a game this season. Compare that to our defense which is giving up 343 per game. We all saw what Arkansas did to their defense. I do agree with you that they have a couple studs on defense and they are definitely improved from what we all think of the recent Ole Miss defenses. But I think we will be fine moving the ball.

We just HAVE to punch it in when we get RedZone opportunities. That has been the killer of this offense.

This is much more concerning to me. Lane is so good at creating matchups where he knows he's at an advantage. They're very good at the RPO game so everyone is going to have to be disciplined and do their job. And Corral may be the perfect QB to run that offense. I do think we may have to kinda sacrifice some other production out of Zakoby and just stick him on Corral as a spy the whole game. Can't afford to let him beat us with his arm and his legs and McClain is probably the only one on defense capable of keeping up with MC in that role.

This is the toughest game we have left outside of the IB. I'm glad we got a bye week to have a a little extra prep, but I'm still not sure I can trust this team to win a shootout type game if it turns into that. Which it very well could.

Lets' face it, with OM's offense so versatile and our D still learning the 3-4 and zone D defenses, we are going to give up chunk yards.

The key is to contain them as much as possible in the RZ. If we can stop them on their 4th down tries which is many, and/or limit them to FGs at times, we are in good shape.

Run the ball. Stop the run. Whoever has more success wins.

Big ballgame and seems like our fans are a little over confident.

I would love for us to have 17 plays a series on offense :)

Put the Ole Miss offense under so much pressure to score every possession.

We have seen real improvement with Bo and the receivers. Hopefully that will begin to help us revitalize the running game.

Finally, it is a good question about if Pappoe will play, but I doubt he will be 100% if for no other reason than rust. I also wonder how many Ole Miss players are running on fumes--- their schedule has been pretty rough.

You don't think the TaM game on the road isn't going to be tough?

It's going to be super tough, knowing this is still the team that beat Alabama...

This will be a tough one to pull out for different reason than the OM game...but both will be super tough.
